It's focused on Mixed Wrestling and reverse headscissors, my own personal favorite move and features mostly unreleased content, I'm very careful about releases since I love competitive and I might get an injury. For example I'm having a 5 rounds competitive boxing with Bianca in a few days and I'm a bit afraid of how my face will look after that xD (in this video there are bits of the 3 rounds competitive we had)
