Sonya, a private security investigator, follows a computer hacker into an upstairs room and confronts him. The hacker pulls out a gun, but Sonya disarms him and quickly defeats him in a fight. However, the hacker sets off an alarm, and Sergei, the main villain of the film, arrives. Sergei tries to recruit Sonya to work for him but when she refuses, he knocks her unconscious and takes her as a hostage. Sergei carries Sonya’s limp body out of the building and puts her in his car. The fate of Sonya remains unknown.
