Complaints Policy

This document outlines our complaints policy. If you are a user of Mixed Wrestling Tube, this policy is part of your agreement with us.

MixedWrestling.video is operated by Alternative Entertainment s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic since 2016 and a registered VAT taxpayer.

If you have a complaint about our platform or any content appearing on it, please email info@mixedwrestling.video with your contact information, a detailed description of your complaint, and the URL of any specific content (if applicable).

We guarantee that all reported complaints will be resolved within 7 business days. "Business days" refers to any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the Czech Republic.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will promptly investigate the issue. We may contact you if additional information is needed. If content is found to violate our policies or applicable laws, it will be removed immediately. You will be notified of our decision via email.
